Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – IkOnaj
At IkOnaj, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering naturally produced foods. Once an order is confirmed, returns or refunds are not accepted.
However, in specific cases mentioned below, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and amicable solution.
1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product:
- Please notify IkOnaj within 2 days of delivery
- Email us at info@ikonaj.com
Required details in the email:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 clear image of the outer box
- 2 clear images of the damaged product
- Unboxing video clearly showing the damage
Resolution:
- The damaged product will be replaced
- Replacement delivery may take 7–10 business days
- In case of multiple-item orders, only the affected product will be replaced
- Refunds are not applicable
Our team will review the case and assist you promptly.
2. Missing Product
If an item is missing from your order:
- Please notify IkOnaj within 2 days of delivery
- Email us at info@ikonaj.com
Required details in the email:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 clear image of the outer box
- 2 clear images of the opened box
- Unboxing video showing all items received
Resolution:
- Refunds are not applicable
- The missing product will be re-sent promptly after verification
3. Spoiled Product
If you believe a product is spoiled:
- Notify IkOnaj within 2 days of delivery
- Email us at info@ikonaj.com
Required details in the email:
- Order number
- Date of packaging / manufacture (from the pack)
- Clear images or videos of the product
Important Note:
IkOnaj products are 100% natural and traditionally prepared.
Minor variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are natural and do not qualify as spoilage, as no two batches are identical.
Resolution:
- Returns are not accepted for natural variations
- The product may be replaced after due investigation, if spoilage is confirmed
- We ensure a fair and transparent outcome in all cases
